French Revolution Rally
10th – 16th June
2007
Starting in the historic town of Beaune with
signing on at the exclusive Hostellerie le Cèdre and
a chance to sample the fabulous cuisine and local wine in
the cool caves at the Gala Welcome Dinner.
Crews will then explore the world famous Burgundy
vineyards and zigzag through the tranquil French countryside
to the Beaujolais area. Resting for 3 nights amongst the grapes
at the impressive Château de Pizay there will be time
to catch up with friends and enjoy a glass of wine or two!

Onwards to discover the little known Morvan
region, and against a backcloth of dark green forests and
rolling meadows the competition will hot up with regularity
sections coming thick and fast as crews motor to vibrant Autun.
All too soon the winners will be decided and Hôtel des Ursulines’s
charming sun-drenched terrace is just the place enjoy a glass
of bubbly and then a Celebration Party in the chapel!
2007 French Revolution Rally will offer another week of adrenalin
packed rallying right up to the final control, and whether you
drive a vintage car or navigate a classic one, savour the unique
